Issue Resolution / Decision Review
We are committed to ensuring your WorkBC experience is positive. Should you find yourself needing further assistance to resolve an issue or service decision, we welcome you to read the following policy and process to make certain that your concerns are managed in a timely manner.
WorkBC Management and staff work to ensure that customer, community and Government requirements are consistently met with the goal of enhancing service satisfaction. We will conduct ourselves with integrity and be responsive and responsible to our communities and our Network through adhering to our Core Values and high professional Service Standards. We value your feedback and as a Quality Assurance Certified Organization (ISO900:2008) we use all Issue and Decision Review occurrences to track and review our practices in order to make improvements to better serve the community.
Two policies have been developed with corresponding processes to effectively resolve client requests for review of decisions and address complaints or concerns raised by clients, other service providers, government bodies and the general public.
