Want to share your experience with the labour market as a healthcare employer?

This is your chance: WorkBC Vernon is inviting healthcare employers in the North Okanagan region to a facilitated discussion on the current labour market situation including challenges, gaps and opportunities.

With your feedback, WorkBC Vernon aims to work collaboratively and generate solutions that could address labour supply and demand.

WorkBC Vernon will also be sharing resources and tools for employers, as well as sharing the latest updates on government services and funding available to employers.

When: September 18th, 2025 from 9 AM – 11 AM.

Who: Healthcare Leaders, Managers and/or Human Resources team members.
